1. Determine where you want to be, area, school system, neighborhood, ECT.

3. Obtain a pre-qualified letter from a mortgage lender, which indicates you are pre-qualified for a mortgage of a certain amount.
4. I will review all listings that fit your criteria and I will email them to you to view
5. Once several are chosen to look at, we will set dates and times to visit the properties. You will have a binder with all the listings being viewed, printed out for you.
6. If a home is found that you want, I will prepare an offer to be submitted. If approved by the seller, we will then have a binding contract and move towards a closing.
7. The contract will have an inspection clause, Indicating that you will have a home inspector check out the home within 10 to 15 days. If problems are found when inspecting the home you have the option of canceling the contract and you will have your deposit refunded to you.
8. Once you have a binding contract, it goes to the mortgage company and the title insurance company. I will be there to help you with the entire closing process.
